Protect your operators and streamline your metal fabrication process with KRB table bender scanners. These laser scanners come standard on our #11, #14, and #18 mechanical benders, providing an extra layer of safety during bending operations.
How it Works:
The scanner continuously monitors the table top near the bend pins. If an obstruction, such as an operator's hand, enters the laser field: The machine will trigger a warning (yellow zone) with an audible or visual alert.
If the obstruction persists and enters the shut down zone (orange zone), the machine will immediately stop.
This two-zone system allows operators to react quickly and avoid injuries while minimizing production downtime. Simply reset the machine and resume bending once the area is clear. .
