Dave Stimpson has been with KRB since 1996. Dave is a team leader and a big reason why KRB Shearlines are “Built to Last”. Dave ensures the quality of the product is the best-in-class before it goes out the door. “We make sure we put the right people in the right places, and show them how to do the right things.” The assembled machines are inspected again by a cross functional team that examines every facet of the construction prior to its shipment.

Dave’s favorite things about working at KRB are the atmosphere and the people. “I have known some of these people for decades”. Now Dave is passing down his 24 years of knowledge to the next generation at KRB.

Dave has been married for 19 years to his wife Angela. Together they have twin daughters, Miranda and Kaylee. Dave enjoys spending time with his family camping and fishing when he is not building the world’s best shearlines.
