  • Can fabricate, assemble, and wire control panels.
  • Can do point to point wiring on equipment in the assembly department
  • Can do point to point wiring on equipment in the assembly department.
  • Can wire three phase motors.
  • Understands the sequence of job progression.
  • Clear understanding of how to read a Traveler.
  • Demonstrate the correct method for wiring all machines.
  • Demonstrate the correct method for wiring all machines.
  • Demonstrate the correct method for the initial start up for each machine.
  • Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot and fix problems during the initial start up of each machine.
  • Demonstrate the correct procedures for downloading programs to the machines.
  • Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Demonstrates LEAN practices to improve efficiencies and eliminate waste through continuous improvement.
