Laquata Floyd has been with KRB since 2005. In those 14 years she has helped countless customers with parts and service issues with a friendly voice and a smile. Laquata is the Service Team Leader and her leadership is the reason we have the highest rated service in our industry.

Family is very important to Laquata. She takes care of her elderly mom and spends a lot of time with her grandkids, Landon 5 and Charlotte 6 months. Her son Alex and daughter in law Shantel live close by so she gets to see them quite often. When they are together, they enjoy the outdoors visiting parks, going for walks and having picnics at the lake. Laquata has a long-time steady of 20 years, Tom, and they recently got engaged.

Laquata is a positive force in the office. She can frequently be heard singing from her office or copier room and always has a smile for all her coworkers. When asked what she likes best about working at KRB she explains, "I think it’s the family atmosphere. We really work together as a team. If somebody needs help, there is always somebody there to support you.”
