KRB includes a laser scanner as standard equipment on our #11, #14 and #18 Mechanical Benders. These scanners scan the table top just above the bend pins during the bend process. Should the operators hands enter the laser field, the machine stops its motion. Quickly reset and resume the shape once the obstruction has cleared. The laser scanner is programmable with a WARNING ZONE (yellow zone pictured) and a SHUT DOWN ZONE (orange zone pictured).
