STRAIGHT-CUT 1016

The Straight-Cut 1016 straightens and cuts deformed reinforcing steel or wire from #3-#5 rebar (10-16mm diameter). This high production machine increases productivity of the light bar and allows the conventional shearline to produce higher capacity of heavy bars. Operating costs will decrease while production increases.

The Straight-Cut 1016 has a feed rate adjustable to 360 ft/min. The console features downloadable computer console with tag scanning capabilities.

The Straight-Cut 1016 has an optional dust-collection system which reduces maintenance and downtime. It also has optional runout discharging pockets.
